Jon Cameron-Hill and Midge Wallace from Piambong Farm provide us with both sweet and sour cherries, apples and pears, olives from their bio-organic farm in Sevenhill.
Eagle Spirit Farm- Auburn S.A
Eagle Spirit Farm are award winning Berkshire Pig producers located in Auburn. All of our pork is from their farm.
An integral part of our ethos here at Seed Winehouse & Kitchen is the avidity to use quality local produce in the construction of our menu. Our community is the driving force behind what we do and we believe our menu should reflect that.
Pangkarra Foods is a local, family owned farm that produce premium stone milled wholegrain durum flour that we have been using to make our pasta and bread since we opened in 2014. Earlier this year they very generously gifted us a La Monferrira pasta maker which has made the production of our pastas substantially more efficient and given us a wider range of choice in the type of pastas we make.We feel fortunate to be collaborating with such an innovative company and can’t thank them enough for their generous support.
